Excellent place to travel with family. The chef and staff took care of all the needs of our children ( 3 children under 5 years with specific food requirements). Room service was prompt. Property was clean, staff was very welcoming and friendly. We got a free upgrade because of Mariott bonvoy membership and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All in all, stay was good at this hotel.

Everyrhing including the property was very satisfying. Had issue with AC that was allocated but they were courteous to action the same. All thanks to Miss Amina. Even at the restaurant, staff ensures that traveller is at comfort. Even with things not in buffet we're addressed and served without any charges. All thanks to Anuj at the restaurant to ensure that kid meal is served well on time.

It was a WOW experience in JW marriot stay in Jaisalmer. The hotel is beautifully designed with lots of water and greenery around. Its very spacious and you need atleast 2days to enjoy all the activities in the hotel. The pool area is awesome and what I Like most about it is the kid room. My 3 yr old kid enjoyed all the activities there where they added painting, games, balls, etc. your kid will forget watching mobile if you take them there. Also the staff is super helpful especially in the restaurant area where they will server you immediately what you want. I have came across staff like pradeep, abhinandan, pankaj who really help to keep my child happy with all the things he wanted. Thankyou so much I must stay if you visit Jaisalmer you must stay one -or two days here to enjoy cultural program and high tea with amazing music session.

Staff were so helpful. They remember small details about us from the first contact. They were always cheerful and welcoming. Place is a little pricy, but you get the service. Breakfast was superb. Check-in checkout, room service, and laundry service were all top class. Rooms and bed were very comfortable wifi was great.

We stayed at the Marriott for one night after staying at the desert tent before we caught the overnight train to Jaipur. The hotel lobby was grand and provided a lot of recreational facilities to the guests. The breakfast was one of the best during our trip. They allowed us to stay in the hotel and used the facility after check out as our night train was at 11pm. The complimentary tea time with snacks and cultural performances were a very nice touch also

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. It was customers delight. Excellent ambience, vast space, superb cleanliness, and warmth on part of the staff; The breakfast was lavish. The whole team, Jagrati, Manasi, Ketan and others made our stay memorable. They welcomed us in traditional royal style, kept on checking our comfort, and gave farewell in a befitting manner with fruits and a packed mini tiffin taking some snaps with us. They also showcased some cultural event, mainly Rajasthani dance, appreciate the artists who were down to earth.

Our stay was exceptional, and we had an extremely comfortable stay. The staff was kind, tended to all of our needs, and truly exceeded our standards of hospitality. Mansi (manager) ensured we felt special and welcome. She went out of her way to have us experience the culture of Jaisalmer far beyond our expectations. My son-in-law from new york had a smile on his face the entire trip. Our whole family was very grateful for such a wonderful stay. The breakfast buffet was worth every penny- it was delicious, diverse and authentic. The staff at WYRA (roof top restaurant) was also very hospitable. Inderpreet and his senior manager made us feel at home and made sure we were satisfied with the food. The cultural event that occurs daily from 7-8pm was very entertaining and gave us a chance to experience singing and dancing that incorporated all elements of the region. If you are looking for the best resort in Jaisalmer, JW Marriott will surely meet that standard.

Clean and spacious rooms with all facilities. Exceptional food experience. Fantastic music show by local artist. The show is way better than the one in the desert safari. Great spa facilities and clean swimming pool. Staff are always welcoming. Special mention for Suraj and Arpita who took care of us for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They were attentive to details and has taken time to explain the different dishes. Hotel has a games room and a library.

We had an excellent stay at the Jaisalmer Marriott Resort and Spa. The property is sprawling and luxurious, their staff is extremely courteous, food is amazing and the ambience is simply wonderful. Their FNB executive Hitesh took special care in looking after us and Chef Satyendra came up with some super surprise dishes.. This hotel definitely calls for another visit. Dr. Basu
